Why a referral
service for Family Law
Attorneys?
During
the 20+ years that Village Publishing has been dealing with the
public, the number
one question has always been, "How do I find a lawyer to handle my
case?"
The
number
two question was, "How do I find
a mental health professional to conduct a custody evaluation that I
can submit to the judge?"
As a
leading publisher of custody evaluation instruments, it made sense
for Village Publishing to handle the number two question first.
So, in 1992 we helped with the formation of the
Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators (PACE). PACE has been
responsible for bringing together thousands of parents, attorneys,
family courts, etc. with Registered Custody Evaluators
(R.C.E.'s).
Now it
is time to work with family law attorneys because our number
one question is still, "How do I find a lawyer to
handle my case?"

About Village Publishing and
PACE:
Village Publishing has been in
business since the early 1980's. They have developed (and
distribute) many of the tests that are used by mental health
professionals when they conduct custody evaluations. The Bricklin
Perceptual Scales (BPS), the Parent Awareness Skills Survey (PASS),
and the Perception-of-Child-Profile (PORT) are three of the most
widely used custody evaluation instruments in the United
States. You are invited to visit the Village
Publishing website at www.vp411.com
The Professional Academy of
Custody Evaluators (PACE) was established in 1992 as a professional
membership organization. PACE provides continuing education courses
on a national basis, conferences and workshops, advocacy at
university and political levels, and networking from member to
member. PACE publishes the Register of Custody Evaluators ,
disseminating information concerning the training and experience of
custody evaluators. There are Registered Custody Evaluators (RCE's)
throughout the United States and Canada. The PACE
website is www.pace411.com
About the sites that will
display the Referral Icon:
Our network of sites, on a
combined basis, delivers the largest number of viewers who are specifically
seeking help
with family law problems. We estimate that
over half of the men and women using the internet to find
information about the topics that we cover will visit one of our
sites.
Advertisements promoting these
sites, as well as search engine listings, are viewed by more than
500,000 potential customers every week - many more are referred to
these sites by former customers, by a large and loyal group of
affiliates, and by word-of-mouth. The sites are indexed by Google,
Yahoo, MSN, and 100s of other search engines.
NEW!
We have placed rotating
advertisements for www.FindFamilyLawAttorneys.com on 25 sites
including aboutdivorce.org, adopt.org,
alllaw.com, divorceinf.com,
child-support-laws-state-by-state.com,
and findlaw.com
The men and women coming to
these sites are
seeking ANSWERS.
"How can I move to
another town when my ex has joint
custody?"
"How can I get divorced
without losing everything?"
"How old does my son
have to be before he can decide to live with
me?"
"How can I voluntarily
terminate my parental rights?"
"I haven't seen my
husband in two years, can he come back and take the
kids?"
"My husband threw me
down the stairs, what should I do?"
"Since their divorce, my
daughter-in-law won't let me see my grandchildren. What can I
do?"
As
soon as they get some ANSWERS, they realize that they need an
attorney to handle their case and the "Referral Icon" is right
there.
